Sticker Request Form

Fill out the form below to request stickers for your local pickleball court. The stickers include custom QR codes that direct people to track their pickleball game or download the app. Once all players have scanned the QR code and joined the game, when the game is over, players can record the score of their game. Each player can then view a history of their games and see their pickleball rating, that is only visible to them. Stickers are typically added to net poles or seating areas where players gather.
